River's Walk - Irving Green

Our family walks down to the River Stour across our neighbouring field over 2020 inspired this stunning design featuring hedgerow grasses, birds, dragonflies and pretty butterflies all of which we have watched and enjoyed during lockdown. This soft Irving green would be perfect for striking full length curtains or blinds in any country home. The name Irving comes from the Scottish word for a “green river”!
Vicky and I were so thrilled to recently find a quote from 1911 by one of our Scottish ancestors, Alexander Morton who was a textile designer and manufacturer, about his appreciation of our beautiful countryside and his own river walks!
