Returns

We hope you will be happy with your order, however we understand that you may wish to return or cancel an order. (Under the Distance Selling Consumer Contract Regulations 2014) you must let us know within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. We will offer you a refund, provided the products are returned in perfect condition and unused with the original packaging.
We are not responsible for return postage (unless damaged) and recommend that you keep the proof of posting receipt.
Once we have received the returned order in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Please note that all bespoke items - lampshades, soft furnishings, fabric and wallpaper printed to order, are all non-refundable unless faulty.

Fabric and wallpaper samples are non-refundable. 

If you receive an order which is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 2 days via email at: megmortonhome@gmail.com to arrange a replacement. Any return postage will be refunded.

We check all our products before dispatch, however damage can be caused in transit, so please notify the courier if a parcel arrives damaged.
