Delivery charges are as follows:
Standard UK Mainland - 2 to 5 working days £5.95
Non-Mainland UK Jersey, Guernsey, Isle Of Man - 2 to 5 working days £9.95
International EU - 7 to 14 working days £15
International Rest Of World - 7 to 14 working days £50
Prices for postage are weight dependent - for UK Mainland deliveries if the overall weight of your package goes over 6kg it will be classed as heavy goods.
- for overseas deliveries the maximum weight on our site is 6kg.

We will arrange for goods to be delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and a signature may be required.
We hope you will be happy with your order, however we understand that you may wish to return or cancel an order. We will offer you a refund provided the products are returned in perfect condition and unused with the original packaging.
We are not responsible for return postage (unless damaged) and recommend that you keep the proof of posting receipt.
Once we have received the returned order in perfect condition the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Please note that all bespoke items - lampshades, soft furnishings, hand painted items and fabric printed to order are all non refundable unless faulty.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If you receive an order which is faulty or damaged please notify us within 2 days via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement. Any return postage will be refunded.
We check all our products before dispatch however damage can be caused in transit so please notify the courier if parcel arrives damaged.
