Vicky and I have been quietly beavering away in the background recently, creating our Bexington Hare Collection.
This lovely collection features 9 hero country inspired English hare designs along with 23 mixed scale co ordinates all designed here in Dorset and printed to order in the UK onto our soft white linen mix basecloth.
The lino print hares were originally hand cut here in our studio and we have incorporated them with Jacqueline Milton’s stunning hand drawn hedgerow motifs to create this unique design to bring a touch of the countryside into your home.
The white hares sit on a choice of sumptuous rich coloured backgrounds including, campion red, red oak, Beaminster blue and meadow green and are stunning made up into curtains, blinds and cushions. Our two larger scale multi coloured versions are particularly well suited to contemporary kitchens teamed with dark marble work surfaces or in sun filled conservatories. The white hare colourways will also coordinate with these.
Mid scale Alanna, which is a very lovely geometric, and Kingston Lattice co ordinate perfectly and we have added new Cranborne colourways too so you can easily create beautiful room schemes that work in harmony for curtains, blinds, cushions, shades and more. Alanna and Kingston work really well on lightweight upholstery pieces and we have included some duo colour ways for these designs too.
We do hope you will like this versatile new collection which you can also mix and match with many of our existing fabrics. Bexington wallpapers will be added too over the coming months.
